Refund policy

Each Trolehaus University item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can review your request.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
